• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with any original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.
  
• Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
  
• Items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate and provide the necessary return instructions.
