Can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll guide you through the returns process.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.

Dispatch times may vary for pre-orders or products currently in development.

Does BUCHANS manufacture our own products?

Many BUCHANS products are designed and developed in-house with an engineering-first approach. Every product is carefully evaluated, tested and refined before becoming part of our range.

Some products are currently in development and will be released once they meet our standards for fitment, quality and reliability.

Why are some products marked as Coming Soon?

We're committed to releasing products only when they're ready.

Rather than rushing products to market, we prioritise proper development, testing and validation to ensure they meet the standards expected from the BUCHANS brand.
